With the amount of tranformation already in place in Burnaby's Brentwood area Concord Brentwood will truely mark the final stages in development.  Concord Burnaby will encompass 26 acres of industrial land South of Lougheed Highway and transform it into a family community.  Concord Pacific known mostly for their development around the ocean in downtown Vancouver will be building ten residential towers, between 40 and 45 storeys.  These towers will be surrounded by 13 acres of park and green space offering recreational and sports infrastructure as well as a new public school.  Tower 1 of Phase 1, known as Hillside West will consist of 426 1- to 3-bedroom condominium residences in a 45-storey high-rise.

Concord has yet to release prices and full details although we know that the size will range from 534 sqft to 1,239sqft.  We also know that phase 1 will include Bosch appliance, quartz countertops, and marble backsplash.  The corner two and three bedroom homes will have wrap around baclconies.

This will be a long project as there are multiple towers.  WIth that being said we expect the first phase to sell very qucikly.  To get more information and to be amongst the first to get a chance on this project we encourage you to sign up as a Concord Brentwood VIP.  Our VIPs will have access to opening prices and have a chance to purchase before the public release.
